・Confirm the situation and judge the festival holding.
・The information about holding or cancellation of the festival will be announced through the Festival homepage, SNS and the media as well.

Q Is there a shuttle bus service?

We’re going to operate a shuttle bus service connecting Okinawa Cellular Stadium Naha and some of the event venue. After we made the specific operation plan, it will be announced at the festival website..

In addition, we are planning to operate the shuttle bus service between Okinawa Cellular Stadium Naha and Naha Airport Bay Facility as a temporary parking lot during the festival.

Q What should I do to participate the opening ceremony, closing ceremony and the grand finale?

①For those residing overseas and mainland Japan, please consult your local Okinawan association (Kenjinkai) for details about participating.
②Online registration is for those who wish to apply without through overseas, domestic Kenjinkai, and regidents of Okinawa prefecture.

Q I want to know the details of the municipal events such as welcome party, and so on.

30 municipalities are planning to have various events during the Festival. There are municipal event pages in the Festival website, providing the outline of each event, the contact information of each municipalities and so on. Please check those pages and contact the person in charge of each municipalities directly concerning inquiries about application methods and contents of the events.

Q I would like to see the Eisa EXPO. Where should I apply for the admission?

No registration is needed as the Eisa EXPO is open to public. Please note that the participation application as the dance troupes is closed on June 30.

Is there an event of the Karate day?
If yes, how should I apply?

“Karate Day Commemorative Performance Event”which gathering of 3,000 participants to simultaneously demonstrate Kata, breaking the Guiness world record will be held at Kokusai-dori Street on October 23.
“The Worldwide Uchinanchu Festival Karate and Kobudo Performance Exchange” will also be held on October 25. Both events are open to public and admission free for viewing.
